First Step: Finding the Right Fit
Our first step is finding the wedding package that fits your wedding needs! There are many variables to knowing what works best for your big day including; number of guests, size of wedding party and family for portraits, special or sentimental location changes for intimate portraits, a special or longer ceremony, reception key moments, and more! After years of working weddings and events, I'm an expert at estimating how long things will take - if you have a vision, we're going to make it work no matter what! You don't need to have your timeline down to book (I can help with that later!), but a rough idea of locations and times can help us narrow down the best package for you!
Wedding Package One
This wedding package is designed for full day coverage; from getting ready with each member of the couple, to capturing you first kiss and your quiet moments after the ceremony, to all the fun being had at the reception! This package is best suited for longer or larger weddings where the fun is non-stop and the group sessions may take longer. This package includes 10 hours of coverage during the day at the time of your choosing.
10 hrs - $3200
Wedding Package Two
This package also includes full day coverage with 8 hours of coverage during the day at the time of your choosing. With this package we'll get all those perfect moments and still be there for the reception fun!
8 hrs - $2800
Wedding Package Three
This package best suits smaller more intimate weddings or couples who don't need all the bells and whistles for the reception and later into the evening. With this package we're there for all the really important moments, and give you some time to enjoy the evening with only family and friends. This package includes 6 hours of coverage during the day at the time of your choosing.
6 hr - $2300
Elopements
An elopement session is designed for those who only want a small intimate gathering of 50 people or less, vow renewals, destination elopements, or private ceremonies. Coverage is between 2 hours (minimum) or 6 hours (maximum) of event day coverage. If you'd like to add an engagement session as an add on - we can do that too!
2-5 hours at $400/hr
If you don't see exactly what you are looking for, please contact me to customize a package to your specific needs (i.e. extra time, rehearsal dinner photography, additional bridal session, or boudoir photography). My number one goal as a photographer is to make sure you have beautiful images to capture your most important days, I am happy to discuss budget concerns or ideas - always.
Travel + Booking:
A travel fee will apply for areas more than 90 miles from Minot (ex. Dickinson, ND is a $100 travel fee), I will calculate this based on location of wedding. I LOVE to travel, so don't hesitate to reach out about destination weddings throughout the US and abroad. Destination travel generally includes the price of airfare, lodging, and transportation in addition to the wedding package. We can chat to get a quote for the total cost!
A $300 deposit is due to secure your wedding date, this will go towards your total cost. After that I send you my contract to be signed before the big day and I check in periodically to go over timelines, dreams, and inspiration. I love planning so lean on me if you have any questions about photo logistics!
After the Wedding!
Sneak peak is sent within 3-5 days so you can get the first glimpse of your big day! Full wedding galleries are sent within 4-6 weeks (6-8 weeks in late summer/peak season). All images will be available in a custom online gallery for download and easy sharing. For your convenience printing is available through an online shop included in the gallery, which has options for cards, photo prints, canvas prints, metal prints, and more! All images will be uploaded in the highest quality and fully edited.
